In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of all relevant parties of Zhongrui certification, and maintain the fairness and authority of Zhongrui certification, Zhongrui certification (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. accepts the supervision of the applicant, the certified organization and all sectors of society. Complaints and complaints can be filed against the phenomenon and behavior of Zhongrui certification and audit personnel who violate national certification laws and regulations and do not meet the requirements of confidentiality, impartiality and objectivity of certification.

Grievance: the applicant / certificated organization shall make a written request to reconsider the adverse decision made by Zhongrui certification related to its expected certification status. (adverse decisions such as: refuse to accept the application, refuse to continue the audit, require corrective measures, change the scope of certification, refuse certification, suspend or revoke certification, and hinder the acquisition of certification)
Complaint: any organization or individual's formal expression to Zhongrui certification company about Zhongrui certification policy, operation process, certification results and performance of certification personnel, dissatisfaction with the use of products, certification certificates and certification / approval marks of the certified organization shall generally be signed written statement or verifiable oral statement.
